Case No. 87 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 420, 406 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26592 of 2015 (4) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 that police has after completing investigation, submitted charge sheet against the petitioner and other accused persons for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 409 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The case is at present pending at the stage of submitting police paper.
In such circumstances, this application has become infructuous.
