JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

One suspected to be stolen Scorpio vehicle was seized. During investigation it was found that the vehicle in question was registered in the name of Adarsh Pratap Singh of village Babalpur whereas application for release of the vehicle was filed by Kanhaiya Kumar Singh for release of the vehicle and has filed Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 180 of 2013 for the theft of alleged vehicle. A report of the D.T.O. revealed that the engine and chesis numbers of the vehicle have

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the petitioner is being chased by the police. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Cheria Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 233 of 2013 pending in the court of learned CJM, Begusarai. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
