2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. According to F.I.R., this petitioner along with other accused persons carried out selection process of the teachers illegally.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner was simply one of the members of the Teachers Employment Unit of Gram Panchayat Raj, Gairki, Masuriya and as per law she along with other members signed over the Registers as well as on the proposals. Being member of the said unit, it was the duty of the petitioner to sign the registers. It was not an individual decision of the petitioner rather it was a

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat P. S. Case No. 367 of 2016, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
