The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 38 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are father and son. The informant alleged that he settled marriage of his daughter with Petitioner no. 2 Sanjeev Singh. Tilak ceremony was held but in the meantime the petitioner demanded an Alto Car with Rs. 2 lacs cash. It is submitted that the marriage was not settled with petitioner no. 2. The petitioners did not find her suitable for marriage.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29099 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ravi Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 38 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
