The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
The persecution case is that the petitioners fired at one Devender Raj, causing injury on his head. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury report of Devender Raj as contained in Annexure-2 reflects four lacerated injuries, but all of them have been found to be simple in nature, caused by hard and blunt substance.

No.30984 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 corroborated by the medical opinion, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 247 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
