JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kinjar P. S. Case No. 12 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 420, 467, 471, 120B of IPC. As per F.I.R. petitioner and other accused persons were engaged in the sale of Government land.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the land belongs to the petitioner, which has wrongly been registered in the name of Government. Further the other accused against whom there is similar allegation, has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge, which is annexed as Annexure 2.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,

No.64082 of 2019(3) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Sri Madhurendra Singh, learned S.D.M.
