To Direct the respondents to prepare promotion list, containing the name of the petitioner who has been continuously working as Class IV post since 02.05.1995, now consider in Gr. 'C' (Lower Division Cleark) as he possess intermediate degree (1st Division) Bihar Intermediate Education Council from Patna.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
