KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 23-11-2020 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief: "(i) The Respondents may be directed to remove the encroachment from the Government land situated in Thana No. 147, Khata No. 97, Plot No. 388, Area 3 Acre 01 decimal.

(ii) The Respondents may be directed to take legal and harsh action against those encroachers who have illegally and wrongfully encroached the Aam Rasta and Play Ground of the School.

(iii) That any other relief may be given to the petitioners which will be just, proper and equitable in

It is brought to our notice that petitioner's representation is already pending before appropriate authority. As jointly prayed for, the petition stands disposed of in the following terms:- (a) Petitioner's representation, which is pending before the appropriate authority, shall be considered and decided in accordance with law;

(b) They shall do within a period of three months from today;

(c) Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to take recourse to such remedy, if so required, pursuant to the decision taken on such representation;

(d) We have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
