JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-08-2016 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that though the petitioners are in custody since 21st May, 2015 in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No.224 of 2015 registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, till date only charges have been framed. There is no substantial progress in the case.

Regard being had to the submissions made at the Bar as also the observations made by this Court in its order dated 15.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.56059 of 2015, the petitioners, namely, Ankit Kumar @ Ankit Kumar Singh @ Chhotoo Kumar and Lawish Pandit, are directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30999 of 2016 (2) dt.17-08-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 224 of 2015.
