The petitioner claims to be the Principal of Mahatma Gandhi College, Lahrabad, Piro, Bhojpur, which, according to him, is affiliated with Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara. It is his grievance that some persons have obtained affiliation for teaching of Intermediate level for the same institution, which is

It is apparent from the pleadings that there is some dispute between the petitioner and some other individual on the questions of management of college in question. If the affiliation has been illegally granted up to intermediate level, it would be for the competent authorities under the Act to take appropriate action. The grievance of the petitioner cannot be entertained in the present proceeding under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed. It will, however, be open to the petitioner to pursue his grievance before the appropriate forum.
