2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 304B, 373, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner along with others is of killing the sister of the informant due to nonfulfillment of further dowry demand.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. She has committed no offence. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and she is the co-villager of the deceased's husband. Petitioner has no concern with the deceased as well as her family members. Petitioner is a woman of means and there is no chance of her

He further submitted that the husband of the deceased has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench vide order dated 12.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65853 of 2021. She is languishing in judicial custody since 03.07.2023.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner being a lady as well as period of custody, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 614 of 2020.
