By an order, dated 02.05.2016, passed by learned Principal Judge, Banka, in Miscellaneous Case No. 128 of 2011 (Trial No. 21 of 2016), the petitioner has been directed to pay a sum of Rs. 3,000/- per month, as maintenance, to opposite party No. 2, in exercise of power under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The said order, dated 02.05.2016, is under challenge in the present criminal revision application.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.710 of 2016 (3) dt.10-01-2017 2/2 I do not find any valid reason to interfere with the said decision of the Court dated 02.05.2016. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
