This is an application for regular bail in connection with Hussainganj P. S. Case No. 46 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against petitioner is of causing fire arms injury on the back side of left shoulder. FIR was registered after two days of the occurrence. Chargesheet has been submitted against petitioner. He is in custody since 20.06.2017.
