The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 01.04.2016 in Rail (Mokama) P.S. Case No.30/2016 registered for the offence under Section 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that after the petitioner was arrested in the present case, he has been made accused in one another case. This fact has been mentioned in paragraph-3 of the petition. He submits that prior to the present case, the petitioner was having clean antecedent.
