JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 96 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 349, 341, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that nothing has been alleged against the petitioners. There is specific allegation against co-accused Adarsh Kumar.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44517 of 2017 (3) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case 96 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
