2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Section 96 of the BNS, 2023, registered in connection with Barun P.S.Case No. 310 of 2024.

3. As per allegation, the daughter of the informant went to her college, but did not return. The informant got information that his daughter used to talk to co-accused Lokan Kumar and Anup Kumar. He expressed his apprehension that both co-accused persons had kidnapped his daughter.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63905 of 2025(2) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 Sohrab Khan. It is further submitted that the case of the petitioner is on better footing than those of Anup Kumar and Sohrab Khan, who have been granted bail by this Court in Cr.Misc.No. 66713 of 2024 and Cr. Misc.No. 73842 of 2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in Barun P.S.Case No. 310 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
