The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 747 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle. Petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2018. Considering the period of custody, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Sri Deepak Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.
