2. By filing the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the respondents to declare the petitioner to have passed the 1st MBS Examination, 2021 in Physiology Paper-I treating the Option No.II of question no.6A as correct and also to

Patna High Court CWJC No.14522 of 2024(7) dt.07-04-2025 2/3 allow the petitioner to appear in all the subsequent examinations of MBBS II to final examination conducted by the respondent no.2, the Aryabhat Knowledge University, Mithapur, Patna.

(ii) For issuance of appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the respondents to issue a fresh mark sheet of pass of the MBBS I Examination, 2021 to enable the petitioner to fill up form and to appear in subsequent examinations of the said MBBS Course.

(iii) For issuance of appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the respondents to compensate the petitioner properly for the loss sustained by him as well as mental agony.

(iv) For any other relief/s for which the petitioner is entitled in the eye of law in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Considering the reliefs mentioned above, I deem it proper to direct the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Vice Chancellor, Aryabhat Knowledge University, Mithapur, Patna (respondent no.3) along with the supporting documents within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.3 is well advised to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within six weeks from the date of receipt of representation after affording an opportunity of hearing to the

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
