ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 875 of 2015 for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 504, 307 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and the injuries purported to have been inflicted by the present petitioners, have been found to be simple in nature. It is further submitted that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the

No.32429 of 2016 (2) dt.19-12-2016 petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 875 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
