The petitioner is in custody in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 118 of 2019, G.R. No. 2117 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits allegation against the petitioner is that on search a country made loaded pistol was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
