JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 354B of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3 (I) (X) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and Section 4 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner caught hold of the informant and outraged her modesty.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant has subsequently retracted from her initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below. The same has been brought on record as Annexure-2. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
