The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 475/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414, 467, 420, 472 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 II, 35 of the Arms Act.
Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected, vide order at Annexure-2.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is recovery of pistol from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has already remained in custody for one year and three months and the trial is not likely to be concluded in near future.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts, stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 475/2016, subject to conditions that one of the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner and another having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court below with further condition that he will make himself available before the police station of his area in first week of each months till conclusion of trial or for one year, so that police may watch his conduct, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
