Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 337, 354, 379, 448, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that F.I.R named accused entered into the house of the informant and made assault to the informant, snatched gold chain when co-accused Bangali Singh and Lalan Singh opened fire. It is further alleged that coaccused Sanjay Kumar and Bablu Singh snatched Rs. 75,000/- . The petitioner threatened the informant by putting sickle on the body.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no injury was caused to anyone. A statement to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34812 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 that effect has been made in para 13 of the petition. There is counter version of the occurrence also.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 473 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
