The last line is incongruous to the first line whereunder learned counsel for the State is directed to file counter affidavit within four weeks.

Since it has been pointed out that final confiscation order has already been passed in this case, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to convert this application in a civil writ application within a period of four weeks.
