Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ application is disposed of in terms of order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.16041 of 2022(3) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 21.03.2023 in CWJC No. 17049 of 2022 (Surya Narayan Singh vs State of Bihar and ors) and other analogous cases. Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the State Election Commission have no objection rather their submission is that the issue raised in the present writ application is squarely covered by the order dated 21.03.2023 in CWJC No. 17049 of 2022 wherein the assurance of the learned Senior counsel for the State Election Commission based on the pleadings made in the interlocutory application filed in CWJC No. 17049 of 2022 stands recorded that the Election relating to those posts of Mukhiya which had fallen vacant would be completed by 31.05.2023.

In view of the joint submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ application is disposed of in terms of the order dated 21.03.2023 in CWJC No. 17049 of 2022.
