JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although, it is stated that some looted articles were recovered from possession of the petitioners but admittedly, the petitioners were put on Test Identification Parade but they were not identified by the witnesses.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32875 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No. 453 of 2015.
