1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahkar P. S. Case No. No. 78 of 2024 dated 13.04.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 379, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The main submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners are that the FIR has been registered against 15-20 persons including the petitioners and against the petitioners, there is very simple allegation and petitioner no.1

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66954 of 2024(2) dt.08-10-2024 2/3 (Manjay Kumar @ Mananjay Kumar), is alleged to have slapped one Pratima Kumari and snatched her gold earring, petitioner no. 2 (Monu Kumar @ Sanjeet Kumar) is alleged to have thrown bricks thereby hurting at the waist of one Ranjeet Kumar and the petitioner no. 3 (Ram Sagar Yadav) is alleged to have slammed one namely Shivani Kumari due to which she sustained head injury and her injury has been opined to be simple in nature. It is further submitted that on the alleged day and time of occurrence an incident of quarrel in between the children of both the parties took place which led to the commission of the alleged occurrence of marpeet and petitioners no. 1 and 2 are students studying in B.Sc. Part-II and Class 11th respectively and all the petitioners have fair and clean antecedent.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioners.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case as well as above submissions and coupled with the nature of allegations appearing against the petitioners and also fair and clean antecedent of the petitioners, this court is inclined to accept the anticipatory bail prayer of the petitioners. Accordingly, let the petitioners named-above, in the event of

No.66954 of 2024(2) dt.08-10-2024 3/3 their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Mahkar P. S. Case No. No. 78 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
