This application under Section 482 Cr. P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 20.5.2015 passed by 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea by which the discharge petition filed on behalf of the petitioner has been rejected. A report was called for from the Court below which has been received wherein it is mentioned that after framing of charge in the case the same is pending for examination of the prosecution witnesses.

From perusal of the impugned order, this Court finds that the Court below after discussing all the materials available in the case diary has dismissed the petition filed under Section 227 of the Cr. P.C. on behalf of the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39058 of 2015(4) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 Therefore, this Court does not find any illegality in the impugned order dated 20.05.2015 passed by 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea. This Cr. Misc. application is, accordingly, dismissed.

The Court below will proceed in the case in accordance with law.
