2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 277 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 & 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per prosecution, the petitioner is accused of abducting the minor girl. From the statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C. it appears that the petitioner and the girl were in a relationship. The petitioner is in jail since 22.06.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67137 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VI-cum-Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Act, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 277 of 2023.
