2. The matter has been listed during vacation after due notice and option to learned counsel to file slip if they did not want hearing of their case. No such slip is on record in the present case.

3. The petitioner has moved the Court seeking payment of family pension and other retiral dues.

4. Learned counsel for the State, from the counter affidavit, submitted that all the admissible dues of the petitioner have been paid.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13557 of 2015 dt.22-05-2017 2/2 With regard to family pension it is stated that three years have lapsed in the petitioner approaching the authority for payment and now fresh authority has to be issued. He submitted that as and when the petitioner would move before the authority, they would look into the matter and do the needful, as may be required, so that family pension is paid to the petitioner.

5. No rejoinder has been filed to the counter affidavit, copy of which was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 02.02.2016.

6. The petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the authority concerned with regard to payment of her family pension.

7. The writ petition stands disposed off.
