The petitioner filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 08.10.2014 and 03.09.2015 by which the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur issued bailable warrant of arrest and non-bailable warrant of arrest respectively without giving the service report of summons and execution report of bailable warrant of arrest. It is submitted that the petitioner has already filed a petition for recalling the order aforesaid before the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur.

In this view of the fact, I do not find any merit in this case. Accordingly, the quashing petition is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
