2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have tried to kidnapped the informant on the point of gun. They also assaulted the informant by means of iron rod and snatched two bhar golden chain of Rs. 80,000/-.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that petitioner and informant are resident of same village residing at the adjacent to each other and due dirty village politics, instant case has been lodged. He further submits

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail submits that the injury found upon the victim is grievous in nature.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the injury found upon the victim is grievous in nature, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 191 of 2021. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) devendra/- U T
