2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 504, 379, 506, 354, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner caused injury on the head of the informant by means of iron rod.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is land dispute between the parties. There is case and counter case. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the
