====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 Heard Sri Amit Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Majhaulia P.S. Case No.219 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016, has prayed for grant of bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor from his house or land, rather liquor was shown to be recovered outside from the house of the petitioner and the petitioner has been made accused since seizure was made from near the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to the statement made in paragraph-3 of the petition to show that the petitioner is having

Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, namely, Krishna Patwa , in the event of his arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, West Champaran (Bettiah) in connection with Majhaulia P.S.
