For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction to quash the order dated 03.08.2023 passed by Commissioner Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur in I.C.D.S. appeal Case No. 128/22 by which selection of petitioner has been cancelled on the post of Anganwari Sevika, centre no. 221, ward no. 7, Village- Hardiya, Panchayat Raj Sabeya, District- West

(ii). For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction to quash the order dated 29.09.2020 passed by C.D.P.O., Ramnagar, West Champaran, Bettiah by which selection of petitioner has been cancelled on the post of Anganwari Sevika in the Centre no. 221, ward no. 7, village- Hardiya, Panchayat Raj Sabeya, District- West Champaran, Bettiah.

For issuance of appropriate writ/order/direction to respondent to allow the order dated 07.06.2022 passed by District Programme officer West Champaran, Bettiah in Anganwari Savika/Sahaiyka selection appeal Case No. 113/2020 by which selection of petitioner has been allowed on the post of Anganbari Sevika and Selecton of R.N. 8 has been canclled.

(iv) For issuance of an appropriate writ order direction to allow the selection of petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika in Centre No. 221 village- Hardiya, Panchayat Raj Sabeya DistrictWest Champaran Bettiah." 2.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court
