JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although, victim stated about the involvement of petitioner in the alleged crime but she admitted that petitioner left the company of other accused and victim in midway and thereafter victim was taken to Surat where she was kept in a room by co-accused.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Naubatpur P.S.Case No. 144 of 2015.
