2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506, 324 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, dispute between the parties arose while playing Cricket and thereafter 8 named accused persons including these petitioners inflicted injury upon the informant by means of lathi and knife. It is further alleged that co-accused Mantu Yadav stole the laptop and mobile phone of the informant.

4. It is submitted that the injuries allegedly caused by the petitioners are simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Considering the simple nature of injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Gaya Muffasil P. S. Case No. 226 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
