The petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2019 in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 167/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and 25(1-a),25 (1-aa), 25(1-b), 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59480 of 2019(3) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 3rd cum Special Judge (Excise Act) Munger, in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 167/2019.
