2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 220 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, due to previous enmity, the petitioners and other co-accused persons abused the informant and also assaulted him.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the informant is own brother of co-accused Jitendra Rai with whom he was in animosity and the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71060 of 2024(3) dt.07-02-2025 2/2 are not the family members of the informant or co-accused Jitendra Rai. They have falsely been implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that so far as co-accused Jitendra Rai is concerned, he has been granted regular bail by this Court vide 10.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 44509 of 2024. He has also submitted that the injuries are not on the vital part of the body and there is no specific allegation against the petitioners.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State Sri Shailendra Kumar has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mohania Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 220 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
