The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 222 of 2017 registered under Section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.45114 of 2017 on 19.09.2017.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45900 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S.
