2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No. 06 of 2024 for the offence registered under sections 363/365 of the IPC lodged on 11.01.2024 by the informant, Raushani Kumari.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that her sister went to the market but failed to return. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. Subsequently, the victim girl was recovered and she made statement that these two petitioners took her to Rajgir and forced her to dance failing which, threatened that she shall

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66263 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 be thrashed. The further allegation is that though not sexually exploited, the different kind of persons used to come and regularly caught hold of her hand, she anyhow managed to escape.

5. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submit that no allegation of sexual assault is there and in that background, they deserve relief.

6. Learned APP for the State, Mr. Bharat Bhushan on the other hand, opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail submitting that the statement of the victim girl is clear, she was forcibly taken and was made to dance and further, the customers were allowed to touch her.

7. Considering the allegations that has come against the two petitioners, it would be appropriate that they seek bail.
