The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A)/34 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the POCSO Act. The informant made allegation that the petitioner and his family members kidnapped his minor daughter. The victim appeared in Court and she disclosed her age to be 19 years. She was medically examined. The doctor also found her age between 17 to 19 years but learned counsel for the informant submits that the victim is a minor girl aged about 15 years as mentioned in her School Leaving Certificate.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
