2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 230 of 2015, registered for offence punishable under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the regular bail petition of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court, vide order dated 03.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41019 of 2022 and in that order, it was observed that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge. He has submitted further that charge has been framed.
4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69880 of 2023(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Purnea in connection with S.T. No. 136 of 2023, arising out of Rupauli P.S. Case No. 230 of 2015, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall remain physically present before the court below on each and every date till conclusion of the trial and his failure to physical appearance shall lead to cancellation of his bail bond.
