The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 341, 342, 325, 354, 504, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Subsequently, section 302 IPC was also added.

It is alleged that the accused persons assaulted the informant when one Fulchand Chaudhary came to rescue then he was assaulted. On the next day Fulchand Chaudhary succumbed to the injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim was old person and he died natural

It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the victim died due to injury received during the incident.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 56 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
