KUMAR ORAL ORDER 31-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the State Health Society has filed a show cause on behalf of opposite party State Health Society in which it has been stated that the direction/order passed in the writ petition has been complied and in terms of direction they have passed the order of reinstatement of petitioners as contained in Annexure-A of show cause. However learned counsel for the petitioners state that although petitioners have been reinstatement in service but they are being treated as fresh appointed and benefit of past service has not been given to them, as such they are getting Rs. 9000/- less salary. The writ petition was disposed of with a direction to grant similar benefit to petitioner as granted to petitioners of C.WJ.C. No. 10912 of 2014.

Patna High Court MJC No.1473 of 2018(3) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 Petitioners may file a representation before opposite party No. 3 showing any discrepancies in compliance between petitioners of both writ petition and opposite party No. 3 may consider their representation and pass appropriate order on their representation within three months from date of receipt/production of such representation.

This disposes of the contempt petition.
