The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that he had gone for investigation of a case but the accused persons assaulted him with fists and slaps and also called his associates. One Mantosh Kumar came to save the informant. He was also brutally assaulted. It is submitted that the injuries found on the person of the informant and Mantosh Kumar are simple in nature. The petitioner is in jail since 09.07.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37067 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 910 of 2014.
