Allegation against the appellants is that they have demanded rangdari and also abused the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the appellants that they prior to the day of the occurrence, a case has been lodged by the appellants side which appears from the F.I.R. itself and apart from that one co-accused has been granted bail by this Court and there is general and omnibus allegation them. Appellant nos.1 and 2 are ladies. The appellants are in custody for more than two months. Heard learned APP also.

Heard both sides. This appeal is allowed. Let the appellants, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2658 of 2017 (3) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj SC/ST P.S. Case No.02 of 2016 subject to the following conditions :-

(1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties in the jurisdiction of court concerned.

(2) Appellants shall co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date and on failure to appear on two consecutive dates without showing any genuine ground or without permission of court, their bail bond shall be cancelled.
