The petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.Cfor quashing the FIR vide Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 127 of 2014.

It is alleged in the written report that three examinees were found appearing in the examination by impersonating somebody else. The police apprehended those persons who disclosed their name as Sushant Ghana, Tapas Sah and Swapan Ghosh. All those apprehended persons, during investigation by police submitted that their real name is Deepak Kumar, Rahul Kumar Singh and Devendra Kumar. All of them were appearing in the examination on the inducement given by this petitioner of Rs. 25,00/-.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38594 of 2015(3) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 This Court feels that correctness of the allegation made against this petitioner and other accused persons can only be ascertained after proper investigation. Therefore, this court is not inclined to quash the FIR. This Cr. Misc. petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

Police is directed to conclude the investigation within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of this order. The District and Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra is directed to communicate this order to the Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra for compliance by Investigating Officer within aforesaid period.
