The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is that the daughter of the informant was married with Guddu Singh, the son of petitioner no.2 in the year 2010 but after marriage the accused persons started making demand of motorcycle and other item as a result of which the accused persons locked his daughter along with her two years child in a room and set fire on the bodies of both and both persons died.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39397 of 2015 (2) dt.28-09-2015 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner no.1 is the Bhaisur of the deceased, petitioner no.2 is the father-in-law of the deceased, petitioner no.3 is Gotani and petitioner no.4 is the mother-in-law of the deceased. Petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Kaimur at Bhabua P.S.Case No.182 of 2015, G.R.Case No.1458 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
