2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was granted by this Court vide order dated 06.08.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 24041 of 2025. It was observed that before accepting the bail bond, the learned court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that the petitioner is involved in any other cases, except the case mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition, his bail bond shall not be accepted.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has disclosed one case in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition, i.e., Falka (Pothia) P.S. Case No. 240 of 2024

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64697 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 under Section 37(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. He has further submitted that it was a clerical mistake and instead of Falka (Pothia) P.S. Case No. 395 of 2021 and it was mistakenly typed as Falka (Pothia) P.S. Case No. 240 of 2024.

4. The police verification shows that only one case is pending against the petitioner, which is Falka (Pothia) P.S. Case No. 395 of 2021.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the period of incarceration, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Katihar in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of the trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
